the wifi is absolutely slow and can t even load a youtube video

the kitchen is very functional, our dining table in the living room area went up and down with a hand

checking in at the restaurant and bar with my luggage.

lady glaze doughnuts, tommy cheese shop, and 1881 steakhouse & burger bar were fantastic

the staff were very courteous, and the pool area and hotel was exceptionally clean.

the guelph area where we stayed got at least 4-6 inches of snow, and the parking lot wasn t plowed saturday

gym equipment was clean and modern and nice to use

water slide was the highlight for the kids

it took almost a hour to fill the spa tub as well as the shower not enough pressure

loved having our own kitchen facilities. makes life so much easier.

there were hand sanitizers everywhere, garbage bins on each floor, information readily available, wifi worked

the kitchen staff made fun of her for it and the only option she could have was toast, which was

pool flooring is very slippery, kids , 2 and 4 fell may times and luckily didn't get hurt, the bed was very
