and my family loved staying in the suite with the spa bath and kitchenette

my 4 kids and i loved the spacious suite we got

the pool was open 8-10pm which was great with kids

we also worked out in the gym

wifi should be better

there were a few choices for breakfast and all were of great value and the food was good

also, we thought breakfast was overpriced

hot tub, pool, hot breakfast and staff were friendly

loved the pool especially the jacuzzi

hotel parking lot was 90% empty but the front desk clerk claimed that they are full

free wifi and parking doesn t make a great hotel

the facilities, including parking and transport options were convinient for families with young children

the kitchenette has no dishes, silverware or pans. no utensils of any type.

the breakfast was nothing to write home about. my kids did not even touch the package takeaway.

hotel was a great location,near the sojo spa (5 min by drive) walking distance to nice restaurants and shopping

all areas were sparkling clean, smell good, omg and the location

to the sojo spa i was visiting and lots of good stores nearby

i love their covid pool policy - one family at a time

room had a heart shaped spa bath tub

we loved the spa tub

parking lot it s a bit sketchy

bathroom was duty the room smells like smoking cigarettes so wasn t no happy at all

parking was definitely an issue

the stay was great and it was close to the spa that we visited

there was hair in our spa bath so we didn t use it.

we loved taking the bus to the nyc, it was very convenient and sojo spa is right down the street

to non working tv, no heat, no water pressure mildew all over the showers most treadmills in the gym did not

breakfast was good and the staff extremely pleasant and

location was great can t say nothing about breakfast because we check out early due to

breakfast was an insult

smoking room comforter sheets had holes

i didn see any breakfast there..okay

was in the non smoking area and yet i could smell weed everywhere even in my room and sheets

spa hours.

super easy to travel into nyc, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, staff was so kind and helpful, hotel

a little out dated outside could use some touch up and bathroom cleaning deep clean the spa tubs

is a bit hidden but everything you need is within blocks food, supplies, and shopping and spa at walking distance

beds/pillows comfy across the street from the sojo spa street mall just 2 blocks up

apparently they offer coupons for the spa

liked that the spa was right up the road easy drive to get there

i very much enjoyed the spa and the food was ok for the price

and it s right across the street from the hudson yards mall and a whole foods the room is spacious, modern

location is good nice pool and spa terrace bar is wonderful

didnt like how the spa wasnt open or the roof top pool

no spa amenities or workout (not that you need to work out when you walk 4-5miles in the city)

wifi was poor--but i was happy about that so i didn't have to work too much

have better gym, but given that it was a lovely spring day, walking 20 blocks and thru the park made it all

restaurant closed so no room service

the bar is a bit small and food selection limited.

communication from room service staff was lacking, delay in order and one not received.

two times that i ordered room service, the food was either undercooked, under seasoned or stale

excellent staff. great service. very courteous. food is good. spa is wonderful.

the spa is lovely and my treatment was one of the best i have experienced during my travels

spa had a few young/ green aestheticians who did not possess the vibe in maximizing

location location and an excellent fitness gym with a spotless spa and changing area

have a fitness center, swimming pool, spa therapy, small shop to buy food
