i loved the gym and all of the restaurants in the hotel

service at the bar was quick and efficient

the bar downstairs is pretty good too and the hotel is surrounded by our many good bars in

communication from room service staff was lacking, delay in order and one not received.

beds are comfortable, bar is nice and rooms are clean

ve been nice to have a in lobby store 24hrs / also there s no room service

the jacuzzi/pool and gym was nice the bed was comfortable the bathroom was nice

and my new wife came in late after our wedding and were hoping for room service but it had closed early

it was my birthday so i brought a cake, snacks, balloons, liquor, bubble bath products, fake rose petals etc

they looked after our bags during the day, and let us use the spa facilities downstairs to take a shower before

hotel and room was spacious, stylish and extremely comfortable

spa was too expensive and then still expected a tip.

the beds were extremely comfortable as was the sofa bed the kids slept on

the breakfast was good i would stay there

would not recommend staying there if you have kids

it has a laundry room and a gym

you will find tablets on floor (when you check in with very young kids)

room was really amazing with beds, tv, wifi, cleanliness.

apart from 10-12pm it's an adults only (21+) thing with loud music and a bar

hotel has many places for drinks, breakfast, lunch, brunch and having dinner

no pool or spa facilities and no bathtub - i would have loved at least one after a long international flight,

mini fridge is filled with mixers for the mini bar, which didn't leave any room for our use

breakfast room service and a more varied breakfast would be nice.

also i wish that the room service wasn't only from tao because i don't want asian food every day
