everyone was pleasant and friendly. great with kids and made it really relaxing.

hotel is minutes from the airport and they have a shuttle

wifi was kind of back and forth, sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't

time there were a couple of conferences with lots of kids who were over zealous at times

all is good. enjoyed the pool .oh the blower in the spa would not work.

what kind of big hotel has a spa that has only an occupancy of 4 people

in any other setting, like a spa or a hospital, this would amount to negligence

paying for internet. missed a spa and sauna.

if they had a pool although spa was great

they have a few spa upcoming renovations that there soon started

the outdoor was not warm and full of leaves and the spa didn t seem to work

the restaurant and bar food and service was also exceptional

the gym was clean and had a lot of nice equipment

breakfast delivered in twenty minutes and it was very good

wife and i have been parking here immediately upon landing at sfo from international trips

easy to maneuver, clean, free filtered water. solid wifi.

the laundry room needs a change machine or to be able to use card

we were happy with our stay. the only thing i can think of is that gym light wouldn't come on.

their laundry fee is good too.

nice exercise facility with pool/spa and the breakfast was ok

pool and spa were open at 8am closed at 10pm

we had a drink in the bar were the staff were really nice, then off to bed prior to heading to yosemite valley

i did wash the spa bathtub out myself before using it because there were a couple small hairs in it

how comfortable the beds were and the spa tub was awesome!

was wonderful accept i found it difficult to remove the plug in spa tub

booked a deluxe room as it was our last couple of nights and we wanted the space to repack and also wanted to

recommend the spa tub
