there is a nice roof garden with chairs, the lobby is cozy and equipped with couches, tables, wifi, and courtesy

we like the little hotel courtyard, and my kids enjoyed playing in the evening with the corn hole game offered

gymn could have been better and the room on the 3rd floor facing the street was a bit noisy from

the coffee bar in the lobby was great though

the beds were very comfy, the staff were all very friendly, we got upgraded to the spa room and it was fantastic

i got excited about the foot spa andaman the bathroom and planned to use it between breakfast and checkout on

location is the best , near the bart from and to airport, trams and metro, good acceptable breakfast , modernised

they ran out of food for breakfast only 45 minutes into the breakfast time.

yotel is a very thoughtfully-detailed property with everything i needed, good wifi, the tv was set up to cast

the hotel also offered a business center which was very accommodating with a good wifi connection

i was so happy with the amenities in the room: plenty of very high quality shower products, spa grade towels

excellent new hotel, really well decorated, very cool rooftop bar, good gym

it was too cold for us to use the pool and spa but it looked great

pool and spa were way too small for a hotel of this size, therefore the spa was full most of the times that

i can t finding spa room

my request to get bedding for laundry without washing materials but only in water because i am allergic

lovely to unwind in the spa and pool after a long day sightseeing and shopping

christine at front desk was really wonderful in checking me in quickly and hotel gave me early check in as i

able to get a good rate and i like the 7 elevator setup it s so nice hah, pool is a little small but the gym

in-room mini-bar snacks were also plentiful and very inexpensive, which was a plus with our two kids

glasses and cups weren't always cleaned up during room service.

the gym was small and had minimal equipment but still nice for a quick workout

shame there was no room service option at this present time

there is an outdoor pool- another draw, however kids were playing there the couple times i stopped by- early

the pool area was beautiful although i don t think i d ever swim in an unheated pool in sf

the gym could be much more than a bench, barbels and a couple of cardio machines

in addition, room service was quick and the chicken pot pie was awesome

perfect location! we enjoyed the spa and the restaurant immensely.
