what one pays even if the establishment is sub par but to have terrible service is attrocious - spa was terrible

would have been great if the outdoor spa had still been heated but due to the time of year the heating was off

the gym was too hot and needed new equipment

we didn't eat in the restaurant, but ordered room service

cars, trucks and ambulance all the time, must keep windows close - no late room

our bedroom facing the pool was full of light and very comfortable, the garden/swimming pool area has been well

grounds - large pool (i am going to have to visit when it is open) - clean room with fridge - parking onsite -

even the kids were like are we really staying here

front desk staff and checkin were great! super pet friendly !!

dogs allowed, good size room to fit family with small kids and two dogs for one night

aware that the pet fee is $150 ($167 after taxes)

why did i have to sign a pool waiver

it was a shame that fue to covid the restaurant and bar were closed. not their fault

only one night, but had a nice meal and enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the bar and restaurant

was not a grab bar in the tub shower

the front desk employees should be more informed regarding the spa details

if the pool was closed, they should have compensated the guests - maybe lunch, dinner or even a spa - in some

little beach across the street on the water, paddle boards and kayaks, quaint room, amazing breakfast included

everyone who worked there, in the hotel, the bar and in the diner, were very friendly, helpful and accommodating

have decorative curtains with long cords that are definitely a strangulation hazard for young kids and difficult

food was passable but nothing great and the staff by the pool were junior and not well trained

desk and bar staff were friendly and down to earth, room and amenities were well thought out - ex: beach

i loved the cleanliness, and we'll supplied kitchen. there could have been

hours for the pool weren t wonderful

it was cozy and comfortable, very clean and well set up with a nice kitchen with coffeemaker and fridge and

great location, minutes to montauk, plenty of parking, spotless housekeeping, comfortable beds

no spa nor hot tub.

there whole set up is perfect from the pool to the beach to the fire pits at night

we were told there was a spa but when we inquired we were told it was not open

it appeared that the spa was on the premises, but we had to travel a great distance to use the spa in the sister

is a family friendly hotel with 2 pools a beach and a restaurant built in

the gym was closed.

reason for my pool rating not being the best is that for the property size, there should be at least 2 pools
