hours for the pool weren t wonderful

having a kitchen was a definite plus and it was obvious that the bathroom fixtures were recently updated

thoughts beds were a bit too soft and we had zero wifi connection and our own cell phone service did not work

there was also ample parking located close to all of the rooms, and the beach was walking distance

right on beach, site design (landscaping and seating instead of parking lot in front of rooms), full kitchen

was just redone, very spa like decor

the pool needs lots of help and severe renovations.

wifi speaker didn't work and when i went to the front desk to let the staff know, no one was even

anyone on the property, we saw no other people and being covid and off season the bar/restaurant/pool/ reception

the pool on the property has a restaurant attached, seamores

parking area and that there wasn t a door on the bathroom just like a curtain.

they had a bar set up offering 4 different cocktails

it was super cold that weekend, so we didn't get to use the space as much as we'd like, but the pool was

public was allowed to attend so parking for motel guests was limited that night

pool area, always enough sun loungers, good music and a bar at reception for drinks

the spa room was beautiful, inviting, so clean and decorated beautifully

there is not much spot for parking if you arrive later. you have to share with the other hotel

location was very good. very clean. good parking.

it is the overall feel of family/safety/cleanliness/access to beach and parking

would say that the path that leads you to the pool could have more love, maybe a couple of plants and a more

brochure in room for spa didn't reflect accurate pricing!

spa amy was not accommodating at all and because i was late having a son with me and family she

the indoor pool/spa and jacuzzi was recently renovated which was a plus since we had in climate weather during

the beaches and pool were clean

staff is friendly, accommodations are wonderful, they even set up a movie on the grass for the kids this time

three being young kids who spend lots of the day at the beach

we only saw it on the last night when one of our kids was already asleep, otherwise we would have left

very slow/unreliable wifi - horrible cable tv image - room location (lower floor), with (sometimes noisy) people

parking could be better. very tight. i missed a t.v., (but i got over it quickly)

it appeared that the spa was on the premises, but we had to travel a great distance to use the spa in the sister

we were told there was a spa but when we inquired we were told it was not open

the gym was closed.

only complaint was room service but it s packed. what can you do.

the indoor pool was only open minimal hours .

would have been great if the outdoor spa had still been heated but due to the time of year the heating was off

what one pays even if the establishment is sub par but to have terrible service is attrocious - spa was terrible

gym never had clean towels and was dirty on all three occasions we visited it

walk down to beach near sunset beach pool is great great bar for any cocktail you desire very good service rooms

sure to ask if they are booking you in one of their pet friendly rooms

aware that the pet fee is $150 ($167 after taxes)
