lobby was excellent (although there is no breakfast provided -- it's available to purchase via room service or at the restaurant in the lobby) (+) breakfast room service was delivered on time and was hot and good (-)i still can t figure out if they offer room service. (+) valet parking, lovely large room with comfortable beds and large work space, quick and delicious room service, great complimentary tea and coffee in the morning, and wonderful location within easy (-) no room service despite lobby cafe and restaurant being open for breakfast (-)no additional tissues in room. room service availability was not clear. (-)not much. it was a bit busy, so my room service order was forgotten which was a bit of a bummer. (+) would have been great to enjoy the breakfast but only room service was available (-) no room service, no valet parking, no food delivery to the room at all (-) room service arrived late and without necessary sides and condiments
