we recieved room service and minor items were fixed when we asked

i did use room service for one meal and the service and food was good

fees and charges for room service are not acceptable

had to ask for room service every day and it was done poly

the room was great the bed was very comfortable we ordered room service it was excellent food

room service made a mistake with their order to two different rooms 213 and 203 not my fault.

only one person in bar/restaurant and she was doing room service as well

room service was not available past 10pm

i was there for the 2nd time in that same room and both times the heat didn't wow, i did call room service the 2nd time and they attended it immediately

that full room service could be accommodated instead of using take out containers and single use cutlery

room service food is hit or miss

outdoor dining, incredible staff, comfortable room, spa treatments and poolside cocktails all made for an exceptional weekend stay

it does depend on how the customer above you heavy walks :-) spa is in another house

(-)not much. it was a bit busy, so my room service order was forgotten which was a bit of a bummer. (+) would have been great to enjoy the breakfast but only room service was available (-) no room service, no valet parking, no food delivery to the room at all (-) room service arrived late and without necessary sides and condiments

lobby windows to soak up the natural light was a treat, as was the latte served up by the coffee bar staff

there is not much for the kids to do so i wouldn’t recommend booking the location if you have small children and want to

restaurant on site with room service, delicious food and drinks

we needed a very late checkout owing to some issues with our hire care, and both the room service staff and the colleague of the front desk did everything they could for us

the staff is so friendly and helpful and we had room service from the little pub and it was delicious

the wifi was about the best we have ever experienced in our travels

the staff magically squeezed us into a nice table on the patio after we had a long drive with kids after work on a friday
