(-)not much. it was a bit busy, so my room service order was forgotten which was a bit of a bummer. (+) would have been great to enjoy the breakfast but only room service was available (-) no room service, no valet parking, no food delivery to the room at all (-) room service arrived late and without necessary sides and condiments

staff is very nice, hotel bar is great and it is in a great location to restaurants, etc

the gym is small and not well equipped.

the gym/health workout facility is subpar.

they have a wonderful bar/restaurant off the lobby and a wonderful coffee bar free every morning in the lobby

isn't free and it would be good if u could schedule room service, i spent 2 night and was never asked about room service, which never happened

i missed room service- the prefix meals did not meet expectations

only area that i have observed that could stand room for improvement is that the parking area could use more ice melt, shoveling, plowing etc during the cold weather for safety

room service was not available past 10pm

the room service was horrible i requested a service and never received it.
