room service didn't visit the first night

there was no info on restaurant or whether they had room service or not

lamps weren't plugged in. coffee machine didn't work. no room service.

facilities feel like a lot of smoke and mirrors. room service food is not worth the money.

i like the space in the room and the small kitchen area.

our view, a kitchenette should include more than just a small refrigerator and a very tiny microwave
