they made us wait 25 minutes to get seated while there were 5 empty tables in the bar area where we wanted to sit

furthermore i had to ask service staff for toilet paper and towels due to no room service despite hotel agreement that limited staff existed
i also don t generally get room service but i did ask for it this time because i told them the bedding needed chnaged
