like to walk everywhere so this is not the location for parking the car and walking the entire stay

when we booked this hotel, it talked about a restaurant on site and room service

very comfortable room, fabulous staff, made to order breakfast (omelet chef), dinner/room service very accommodating and the food was wonderful (-) room service woke us up at 7am on the first morning of our stay and 830 am on the 2nd morning (-)requested for a change of dates days before the trip and it was ignored, no one cleaned, no room service, room was never cleaned during the day, towels were never replenished, toilet papers (-)room service was poor (we had to ask for new bed linens and towels) (-) we were not told that we would not receive any room service (-)lobby after hours, the bar/restaurant always closed, the elevators out of service half the time, room service not showing up even after filling out a request (-)room service sucked and staff not nice

came at a time when there was a kids hockey tournament so the lobby was pretty busy

the kids ever night knocking on your door and running stuff can be rude

you pay all that money for the room and breakfast not included:( and i have kids traveling with me so that was a major thumbs down
