good wifi with access point in room

with the wifi and it never worked

if i had to really say something: wifi connection poor in our rooms but not a big deal for us

tv worked spot on as did the wifi

the phone signal is poor with ee so use 'whats app' to make phone calls which is free and wifi based

the evening there was only one member of staff dealing with bar and restaurant but he managed a fantastic job looking after everyone

asked for more teabags for the room at the bar in the evening

the gin shed is a very fun touch, you choose your gin from a large selection and take it to the bar to be made up for you

we were cold on our second night and in the morning as room service had left the window open as wide as it would go and we didn't know as the curtains
