problem we had this stay was getting through to reception to order room service

room was ok but nothing in there regarding how to order room service, how to dial for reception etc

cosy room, mini fridge, room service, breakfast was lovely

gym was a bonus too

had to wait a while at the bar to get a drink.

i arrived late, after restaurant and room service had finished

bar staff were very, very slow and one of the mornings my breakfast/room service was ignored which was frustrating

time was very busy, had room service booked but had to come down to restaurant as time was an issue and it hadn't arrived

out of toilet roll over night with no spare in bathroom but when room service brought breakfast we got some roll

was spacious and clean, beds comfy with plenty of cushions, room service available, menu amazing with plenty to choose
