poor room service and communication

all the staff from the receptionist to the staff who came in with room service were brilliant

when we entered, expecting to see room service, no-one was there, nothing had been done, no tea, coffee, milk etc, bins not emptied

the room service staff were excellent although they were not permitted to fully service the rooms

there is no room service although the hotel website inferred that there was - not usually an issue but we were

i reported to room service employee that the toilet seat was broken in the en suite bathroom, two days later

couldn t get a reservation in the restaurant on the saturday night nor room service

really, but as a late arrival we couldn't get a table so had to have room service

close to relatives, lovely building from the front, beautiful views of the castle, excellent room service, staff very friendly and

very tasty breakfast, served with a smile. room service was also excellent.

staff were very helpful and gave us room service due to us having a baby in room

in the bedroom, full english plus a lot other choices for breakfast,dinner menu was very good the bar area was very spacious outside was a large area for sitting with different areas the hotel
