sea and pool water were really very warm - thanks to the amazing weather - but meant it was hard to cool

all the pools had entertainment

we upgraded our bracelets when we got to the property to have access to all bars, pools, and buffets of all 4 resorts

the pools were clean and loved getting upgraded to the adults only section of the resort

rooms were amazing very comfy beds, the facilities were great bar, kids pool, the dolphin experience

the pools were clean and a better option for swimming

very good staff in seasalt pool bar, especially one guy who s taking orders from people laying next to the pool

we lounged by the pool each day, made use of the fitness centre, and did aqua aerobics every afternoon

of the drinks could have been improved, the beer at the pool bar tasted like it was watered down with soda water or something, but a lot of them were still

the colonial, white sand, and trs areas were beautiful, the pools were wonderful, and the

you can t see the ocean from the rooms or pool and once you get to the beach it isn t nice.

our first day at the white sand pool, we had to hunt someone down to get drinks at the swim-up bar

pool areas are nice and the location is beautiful karla and roxanna were great.

the pool was clean but on the beach have been a lot of alga, cleaned daily but was still

beautiful grounds woven into the natural environment, with a fantastic pool, large kids area and a nice beachfront

we were given a very nice room at the tropical resort on a premium level - close to pools & beaches

if you are a late check in, a set of towels for pool/beach should be part of your check in pack.

pool bathrooms got yucky during a busy day. need cleaning throughout the day.

with your family - sargassum on the beach was a pain in the a* - they had workers close to the pool doing noise

too far from the airport . and no umbrellas in the pool area.

pool area is great for kids

the swimming pools are immense and with lots of sun beds, the beach resembles a private bay, each room has

installations are excelent , the staff at the buffette , pool zone are very friendly , always with a smile

gardens, plenty of open areas, clean pool, feels secure

the swim up was a good size and just over from the main preferred area pool so was nice to have easy access to both

also they need to have actives on the adult side pool as well instead of just the family pool

but there are small pool-like beaches which are great for the children

alvarez at eden pool is the best, we made sure to be in his section everyday

pool bar service is very slow and never come

the resort is massive, with multiple beach fronts, pool areas, a water park, numerous restaurants and facilities
