they don’t provide soap for the spa bath room at least something travel size for the customer

we used the shuttle service to the airport and they were kind because we could lock our luggage until the time

bigger rooms more than expected, italian connection, polite staff, nice lobby, facilities of gym, laundry, breakfast, easy to move around

front desk, shuttle bus driver and people in cafeteria are very kind and willing to help

the shuttle service to the airport was great and there is a train from hotel to time square

free shuttle from/to the airport, so convenient even if you have an early flight
