pool was a little outdated (best i've seen in a long time), comfortable large rooms, 24hr room service, on-site spa, indoor pool, close to cafes and restaurants (+)enjoyed everything about it especially the pool and how the light above changed colors (+) my friend and i didn t use the gym or pool this trip but it s always wonderful (-)the pool was on the small size but adequate. (-)pool was closed. and 2 full size vs qurens seemed odd (-)pool closes early 7pm (-)wish they had something in room stating where pool, gym and patio were, (-)pool openings (-)not access outside lounge chairs off the indoor pool/door was locked

even the parking attendants where super friendly and helpful

the manger was treble they asked for $50 for early check in

the beds were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool. i enjoyed the hot tub.

and as if the kids don’t spend enough time in the water we got to use the hotel pool too which is tiny, but nice

from the staff, room cleanliness, exceptional breakfast and spacious rooms, as well as the pool, on site restaurant and gym i would say there isn’t anything that i think they need to

the temperature of the pool. too cold to temp you in on a cold december.

that works there are so helpful the breakfast is great and the staff that comes and cleans the room is

was good, but if you were running late sometimes not much left asked for a late check out - no problem at all -

my kids were not happy but we had to find another pool else were and long beach wasn’t too far away
