games room is ideal we played a few rounds of pool

hotel bar and lounge was great, an open fire, pool table and selection of games made it very welcoming

called me a liar for saying i booked early check in especially when i even showed them proof

the mini bar was just basically the same price as going to the shop

our room was not due to be ready until 3pm, but the staff not only gave us early check in, they also upgraded us to a better room, in order to do so

the decor was lovely very clean and quiet, staff were really helpful, although there isn't an early check in some one was on site to allow us to leave our bags and all communication i had prior

extra 20 charge per person for 2 hour use of spa and pool

a little disappointed that they have doubled the price of the use of the pool

think hotel guests should pay extra for the pool facilities, this did stop us using them and also paying extra for poached eggs at breakfast

the pool it was relxing

i was to be very picky, i'd have liked the wifi code available in room, and an a la carte menu for the restaurant

design and high class atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, great beds / gym well

more importantly the wifi was very erratic and slow so very poor for a 4 star hotel pertaining to be good for business

the gym needs air conditioning in there, it was roasting hot!

were especially lovely, the hotel has a gym, a fantastic restaurant, and vibrant bar

also love the pool and facilities which are complementary

the rooms are spacious and very clean and the swimming pool and spa , i cannot fault are excellent

the spa and gym is very well equipped and the pool steam room sauna and jacuzzi were excellent

we had a cocktail at the bar and was informed of the best food spots to try and bars, their thai restaurant is closed on

couldn't make use of the pool but will do next time

i got good use of the swimming pool too

hotel was so ideal it was very central we had less than a 3 min walk to the heart of liverpool one centre and albert dock it was so near everything with minimal noise i couldn t fault it

enjoyed a game of pool & liked it being dog friendly

we'd be more than happy to come back to this hotel however we'd be sure to not stay in the spa room

they have kitchen facilities and a beautiful bathroom

to the flamingo room so instead of the room & bathroom we also had a separate sitting room with kitchen facilities

we were upgraded to the spa room which was a lovely surprise at check in

needed a proper fridge/freezer in the kitchen and some more utensils

the swimming pool was great and excellent value
