only down side was the pool area was an extra fee, i hadn't come across a hotel that charged residents to use the pool

the way i put into the search when looking for a hotel with a pool included, so i selected this fab hotel to be told that is it 50 per day per person as i was

would highly recommend the 2 hour pool/spa experience

i loved the pool. the breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

unfortunately the pool is for over 18 only which was a bit dissapointing.

the room was huge with a great big window, comfy beds and 2 huge jet pool baths

the jacuzzi bath in our room but would be nice to see some leisure facilities like a swimming pool

looked jaded and unwelcoming castaway bar understaffed leaving customers waiting without service, pool table cost 1 but couldn t play due to it being very near the wall

they have took away the bar from the hotel which is a pity as we wanted to have a drink and watch a football match

rooms, staff very friendly and accommodating, plenty of fresh towels, comfy beds, huge tv, bar downstairs seemed busy and backs off onto a busy alley full of bars /

perfect location. big room. spa bath was great.

great location lovely staff nice bar bar staff were brilliant with the kids (bobby)

quilted material on the walls, dark paint and our room had two (2) showers and a big spa bath

a great hotel close to everything i needed could get the pool open though seems to be close the times i have stayed

hotel was so ideal it was very central we had less than a 3 min walk to the heart of liverpool one centre and albert dock it was so near everything with minimal noise i couldn t fault it
