the pool was beautifully clean and warm with excellent changing facilities for us as a family

booked the room for my nieces as a gift and paid for early check in for 1pm

the mini bar was just basically the same price as going to the shop

was offered to pay for early check in but i had plans anyway

service staff friendly hotel was lovley and clean there was a mini bar in the room and prices are not bad at all will be booking to stay here

our room was not due to be ready until 3pm, but the staff not only gave us early check in, they also upgraded us to a better room, in order to do so

hotel was so ideal it was very central we had less than a 3 min walk to the heart of liverpool one centre and albert dock it was so near everything with minimal noise i couldn t fault it

the way i put into the search when looking for a hotel with a pool included, so i selected this fab hotel to be told that is it 50 per day per person as i was

would highly recommend the 2 hour pool/spa experience

bathroom of the room we stayed in (the flamingo pool room) started smelling very strongly of sewage as soon as we started using the showers,

whole experience a pleasure and the shankly hotel is the one i will stay in on any visit to liverpool

unfortunately the pool is for over 18 only which was a bit dissapointing.

room needed refurbishment. staff needed more time to turn over-room with roman pool.

maybe if the rooftop pool had been open
