the pool and spa were still closed due to restrictions (which was a shame and i look forward to come (+) we loved the swimming pool (+) we love the pool and how comfortable the rooms are (+)the jacuzzi,swimming pool and the fire places are amazing,helpful and friendly staff (+) the spa and pool was amazing (-) the pool was great (+) the swimming pool and steam room were very clean and well sized and we were able to go every day (+)atmosphere is cozy and nice,rooms are nice and clean,the swimming pool and jacuzzi are the best (-)unfortunately is a waiting list for the swimming pool and jacuzzi (-)bit over priced ,if staying at hotel, shouldn't have to pay for pool and spar separate (+) lovely pool and spa area and all family friendly

i had a wonderful stay here overnight for a work trip but managed to grab an hour in the pool area before it closed and left feeling thoroughly refreshed

the pool wasn’t open, which wasn’t surprising as it’s november, but this didn’t impact us in

the rooms were spacious and comfortable, excellent restaurant where breakfast is served and very friendly staff at the reception on arrival

free wifi & car parking was excellent

all best .just breakfast need do more good qualty

we had a baby with us we used room service & found the portions slightly small for cost of

the pool is good quality and nice for a quick swim to relax on arrival

could have been a little bit better, but overall was nice, just don't expect big facilities, the pool is fairly small, but they do have a steam room & a sauna room, plus optional treatment rooms

our room was simply beautiful, bed was comfortable and bar well stocked

loved the small bar which was open late and enjoyed the local

there are so many lovely personal touches, a bar as well stocked as any in shoreditch and a wonderful welcome
