facilities available were great, clean and hygienic swimming pool and gym

location ,breakfast well prepared and presented bed was very comfortable had use of swimming pool etc

the swimming pool and gym were clean and staffed, and the bar/restaurant was clean and efficient overall 10 out

absolutely beautiful and they have my favourite gym /pool it would be perfect to take my family.

the swimming pool and radiant sauna first i have been in were excellent

pool had a bit too much chlorine in for my liking but that would be different for other people.

the flight of stairs going to the breakfast room and the bar had no holds for the first three steps until one could reach the banisters

gave 110% effort made us feel welcomed and rhe small little things like arrival cake and room service, also the goody bah when leaving really

no one in reception early so any help i needed was difficult as i had to go into the breakfast bar at least

the pool is good quality and nice for a quick swim to relax on arrival

the hotel seemed quite full when we stayed so the pool and breakfast room were also a little busy but that was well within expectations

it would be nice to see the up keep of the upholstery and decor in the rooms and pool

only problem we had was the phones in the room had a technical issue, we had trouble calling room service

pool was open to every age group, went with daughter and granddaughter, they loved their stay too

our room was simply beautiful, bed was comfortable and bar well stocked

i had complimentary wifi, but usually you would have to pay for this which seemed a bit stingy

would have been nice to keep the kids snacks and drinks in

sleep i have had, breakfast had plenty of choice and food was top class, also plenty for the kids

there children having breakfast/ then was behind my wife pushed into the queue and said i have kids you understand
