our room was simply beautiful, bed was comfortable and bar well stocked

there are so many lovely personal touches, a bar as well stocked as any in shoreditch and a wonderful welcome

once inside you need to head to the bar to check in, the bar was shut when i was there but looked very smart

lovely hotel, great location, super cocktails at the bar and very friendly staff.

spa facilities were excellent, lovely pool

made use of the indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna to really unwind

wifi get dropping and room temperature was always too warm even when temp set at lowest 16 c

the bed was comfortable and the wifi reliable

loved the swimming and gym facilities

stayed in a family room and lots of thoughtful touches such as a welcome treat for my daughter, kids robe so she could feel she was on a spa break too

pool looked great but we didn't have time to try it out

brilliant that they have a swimming pool, snooker, darts and skittles

parking is limited and is available on a 'first come, first served' basis - so that was a tad

the homemade lasagne on the room service was delicious and nice big portion

for the top room with spa bath and was amazing, the bed was huge but hard but defo loads of space and a great experience

no one in reception early so any help i needed was difficult as i had to go into the breakfast bar at least

only comment l would say is the pool hours for kids coyod be a little more flexible

spacious room and comfortable bed. strong free wifi. restaurant was good.

we love the idea of the gym session together and the poil

the hotel had interconnecting rooms which suited us perfectly with 2 small kids

gym and pool in particular were excellent, the room was spacious and light
