pool and sauna all good

i like swimming pool and hot tub and sauna and lovely service in spa

the spa facility was so relaxing and has a wide range of treatments available as well as a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room

staff, clean warm rooms with good tv choices and free wifi, nice to be able to use pool,sauna etc , walking distance from shopping area, lovely breakfast with lots of choice short

staff were incredibly friendly and even kept the pool open longer for us when we arrived in the evening

location opposite the zoo, the pool, the dining room restaurant, the view from the room, breakfast

knowledge of the menu and bar menu was excellent and she even made a point of checking with the kitchen on one minor aspect of the food that we queried

the pool wasn’t open, which wasn’t surprising as it’s november, but this didn’t impact us in

to stay while grounds were lovely great meeting place for us as family lived near by swimming pool was lovely but could do with a fan in the changing room to get rid of

pool closing time is at 9 but they don t let you in after 8 which was slightly disappointing but

the leisure facilities were fantastic, great pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and the children enjoyed playing cricket,

for a spa break only things available was a tiny sauna and small pool jacuzzi was out of order as was the

pool fab

the hotel seemed quite full when we stayed so the pool and breakfast room were also a little busy but that was well within expectations

this hotel but we couldn t find anything wrong lovely clean very nice staff and service good bar very close to town centre lots and lots of shops 5 minutes walk 6 minutes to port for cruise

such a value for money, friendly staff, lovely executive room, nice spa area, nice restaurant

great facilities as the kids were able to go for a swim and they loved the buffet breakfast

after we were told that could have late check out for then to have housekeeping to come straight in while we were in bed not only once

only comment l would say is the pool hours for kids coyod be a little more flexible

loved the spa but the pool area and hot tub are a little dated in comparison to the rest of the hotel facilities

plus always meet lovely locals in the pool and jacuzzi area who give tips of places to dine and visit

liked the fact it had facilities such as swimming pool, gym, sauna etc - we used the swimming pool during our stay

happy about having to pay extra to use the pool and gym - just stopped me using it

poor wifi connection

the jacuzzi was perfect temperature hot . and the pool was warm

the children would of stayed in the heated swimming pool all day if she'd let them

so relaxing - really enjoy the pool and the breakfast

pool and gym were great and not too busy

my only minor issue was the use of the pool area

we enjoyed a morning swim in the pool which had a very spanish/greek feel to the surrounding area

hotel with the added bonus of a pool

booked it for the pool drive 2 hours to get there , when we went to enter the pool it said it was closed and had been

friendly and professional staff comfortable room lovely pool

wasn't any changing rooms for the swimming pool and our room had a few cobwebs and spiders in the corners

comfortable and homely . lovely helpful staff. i liked the swimming pool.

pool was a bit small

the swimming pool, bedrooms were a good size & comfortable for us and our 6yr old

hotel was lovely only little things i would say are that the wifi didn't reach our room and the pool was a little cold

i'd have used the swimming pool if there were a sauna too.

bathroom had his/ her sinks, a spa bath ( super ) & good quality toiletries/ white fluffy towels

shower was powerful and we also had a spa bath which was lovely

the deluxe double with spa bath is great, very comfortable and spacious

was nice we could take our dog along with us and the onsite pool was a hit with the kids with late opening times too

excellent staff very friendly. pool was good
