the pool facilities were great and the hot tub was very nice

i had a wonderful stay here overnight for a work trip but managed to grab an hour in the pool area before it closed and left feeling thoroughly refreshed

of had longer pool and spa times have it open sooner, and the breakfast one weekend could of even open

wifi was very poor when i stayed and there was limited hanging space in the wardrobe, but other

staff at the spa treatment reception needs customer service refresher, and need to smile more

staff we met from reception, to concierge, room cleaner, room service were so professional, pleasant and super helpful

would personally appreciate times for swimming with no children, there were quite a lot of kids in the spa and it did mean we didn't stay in the pool as long

swimming pool was closed throughout our stay due to a technical issue the jugs and bowls on display could do
