apreciate the facilities, especially pool and sauna

big hotel, lot's of parking (which you do have to pay for but not bad price), nice bar and restaurant area, they do have leisure facilities but we didn't use them (+)was clean, staff were friendly (except one female) however breakfast was lovely and the bar was brilliant (+) the bar was very convenient for us and it was just a good no hassle stay (+) evening meal was excellent in the restaurant, and staff in there and the bar were brilliant too (+) every area reception, restaurant & bar so friendly and efficient (-)needed more bar staff (+)desk and the bar staff were excellent (+)from reception to bar and waiters and waitresses were fabulous (+)rooms were clean and tidy and bar area was very nice. staff super friendly

one niggle, i could not connect to guest wifi , but i did manage to connect to the conference wifi which satisfied our needs

kids absolutely loved the stay, and staff couldn't have been more attentive going above and beyond,

the pool & spa facilities were great, especially as the pool is actually warm which is a massive bonus as my

arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful the hotel is very clean and the breakfast is lovely

we managed to get an early check in which was fab and a parking space which made things very easy

member provided me with an ironing board and iron, and was able to tell me that there were no laundry facilities on the premises,  that the washing machine had not been delivered

hotel good breakfast and lovely staff had a great stay 2 minute walk to star city where the bus takes you into
