fantastic hotel and met all our needs, fantastic staff who were very helpful, excellent choice of breakfast

good bar area to relax with the bonus of an outside seating area in immaculate grounds

there’s a kids play park right across the road which was perfect for our toddler

moaned at that kids were still up past 9 o’clock and getting told to take them upstairs usually at home aye they

this didn’t have any effect on us but one doggy did attack another dog and would hate my kids to have seen

drinks in bar were fairly priced

we are booking again but bringing kids for full

staff took care of some laundry for us which was helpful

very peaceful, excellent location right next to the beach and the the kids park and great restaurants nearby too

allowed early check in and slightly later check out - so useful considering the weather

she even washed, dried, and folded our laundry for less than it would have cost use to do it ourselves

spacious all you needed was provided in the room service was good the only thing i would say is the room was to warm even with the fan provided

kids did not like the smell of cigarette smoke coming from back garden

also had toys for kids out the back court yard

stayed at harbourside as a base for a 3 day golf break playing the fabulous golf courses in ayrshire

best hotel we've been to in a long time & will definitely be rebooking to come back with the kids during summer holidays

it is so friendly aand the kids have so much fun, and nobody bothes them
