very peaceful, excellent location right next to the beach and the the kids park and great restaurants nearby too

she even washed, dried, and folded our laundry for less than it would have cost use to do it ourselves

allowed early check in and slightly later check out - so useful considering the weather

the added bonus was the alpaca duke and pony muppet who my kids loved

could do with stronger wifi to use firestick on tv or netflix

spacious all you needed was provided in the room service was good the only thing i would say is the room was to warm even with the fan provided

kids did not like the smell of cigarette smoke coming from back garden

also had toys for kids out the back court yard

stayed at harbourside as a base for a 3 day golf break playing the fabulous golf courses in ayrshire

best hotel we've been to in a long time & will definitely be rebooking to come back with the kids during summer holidays

i however had planned to swim but the pool was shut for cleaning

he was working behind the bar at the time and we asked him about the renovations and told him we were getting married at

the staff from the reception to bar and restaurant, all were so kind, helpful and friendly

pool was a whirl pool and not a swimming pool

were great and i had the most delicious chocolate fudge cake i’ve had in my life ud83eudd24 the spa facilities were also nice, only thing is that it would’ve been good to have a different
