amazing hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and late check out

there is loads of parking and the gardens are immaculately kept

everything apart from not being able to use disability parking as they were full

we are booking again but bringing kids for full

staff took care of some laundry for us which was helpful

have been good if there was evening entertainment in the bar for the valentines weekend but there does seem to be a lot of great upcoming

were on the top floor no lift had to carry cases etc up a few sets of stairs not easy with 2 kids

she even washed, dried, and folded our laundry for less than it would have cost use to do it ourselves

very peaceful, excellent location right next to the beach and the the kids park and great restaurants nearby too

allowed early check in and slightly later check out - so useful considering the weather

location good for beach kids park shops.all in walking just.up nextstreet

bar is in the restaurant so you cannot sit and have a drink at night as they are setting all the

waiter service rather than buffet for breakfast becomes more time-consuming but this is

history staff cleanliness food location car parking central everything loved it

alpaca and ponies really friendly and a big hit with the kids

beautiful property and grounds. the kids loved the animals.

host accommodated an early check in which was very much appreciated due to a wedding nearby

great location, superb rooms and breakfast along with friendly host.

the kids had a wonderful time playing in the garden, especially with the delightful menagerie of

good location nearby for golf and glasgow

bar & lounges were excellent

the bar wasn’t too expensive considering the type of hotel it is

convenient location for the golf event

it was a short drive to prestwick town, the beach, golf courses and the airport

beds could have been more comfortable and the room service menu had a mid print but don t let this put you off

internet/wifi only available in the lounge area.

breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. spa facilities were very good also!

the health centre facilities are very access, i used both the pool and the gym

spa was lovely food and drinks where great and the room was spotless

the fact yous don’t have a kids menu for food i love the food but no the best for kids

wish i knew about the spa facilities beforehand so i could have stayed longer but that was down to lack of research than

room 102 wee bit noisy due to being above kitchen but ok. room huge and dog settled

beautifully presented hotel, stylish and cosy- a perfect snug bar and fire with dedicated pet friendly area

professional and very welcoming staff, both at the salt lodge and scotts bar & restaurant

could do with grab bar in shower

loved the wee kitchenette facilities

the kitchen facilities were a little limited - no over but perfect for what we needed

scott's bar next door is highly recommended as well

no bookable spa treatments, if i was to return i would have to book in

hotel, next door to the women's open golf event which we attended

could do with stronger wifi to use firestick on tv or netflix

spacious all you needed was provided in the room service was good the only thing i would say is the room was to warm even with the fan provided

kids did not like the smell of cigarette smoke coming from back garden

also had toys for kids out the back court yard

stayed at harbourside as a base for a 3 day golf break playing the fabulous golf courses in ayrshire

best hotel we've been to in a long time & will definitely be rebooking to come back with the kids during summer holidays

great for people travelling without kids
