wifi was a bit slow but it really didnt matter that much

when i was told room service was not available, and the night staff can't speak correct english.

due to my work i needed an early check in, this was arranged prior to my arrival with a smile and can do attitude

wifi kept dropping in and out but it was a small annoyance rather than anything of magnitude.

the bar was still open at 1am when we got back and staff were happy to serve us until we went to bed

booked this hotel as under facilities it said i could order room service and have breakfast in my room

the room service wasn't open till later,their either didn't have air con or it didn't work, the room

bed was a bit soft for me and it was a pain being only able to use the wifi on one appliance at a time

was our 3rd visit there it has everything you need and in a lovely spot nice and quiet and secure parking

was great one a one night stay before going to thorpe park , the room was clean , cosy , free wifi and tv was ace

i was able to get a late check out arranged at a fair price
