the fitness room was not kept; towels not available; no water; no weights to use; no tv remote

our room but we reported it and the clerk tried to fix it , but other than that bed, breakfast, fitness room all were enjoyable and last but least the clerk was very helpful if we needed anything

there is a fitness room, but is in the lobby right across the check-in desk and since that provides no privacy

oh and the staff was rude & there was nowhere to fill up water other than the sink or in the fitness center, which that water machine definitely has never been cleaned as the water tasted

was dirty on both beds mattress one bed one was ate up the lock on the door broke i checked in late asked for a late check out and was rejected also was woke up out my sleep over a hr before

booking said pets allowed but nothing about about the surprise $100 non-refundable pet fee

notice of pet fee at time of check in would have been good. our dog did enjoy her stay, too.
