a cosy bar where dogs are welcome and a log fire burning giving it a real homely feel

room service breakfast order got forgotten somehow but the staff were great about fixing it and

we wer booked for bb but ordered room service for dinner and breakfast and on both occasions both wer frozen and the staff done

we were given a (beautiful) suite instead of the family room i'd booked, which resulted in the kids spending the first night on an incredibly uncomfortable sofa-bed (+) the pool (including separate kids area) and sauna/steam room were spacious and well cared for (-)absence of an indoor kids club as an additional entertainment space! (+) on site leisure facilities were great - the kids loved the slide - and the breakfast was pretty much the best we've ever had (+)family rooms have toys a nice surprise for the kids! (+) nice pool for the kids to play (-)crowded with children and i feel the main pool should be for adults only as there is already a kids pool next to it and if your wanting to swim its very hard to do with kids jumping and (+)great staff, super facilities. kids loved it. (-)a couple it s perfect but if we want to take our kids the really jumps up nearly 300 more (+)kids swimming pool is fantastic

and the small details in the room kike a 6 port usb charger were very handy very well stocked bar and fab

when we arrived we were upgraded to a family room because the room we had booked was over the bar and scotland was playing rugby and they were concerned that it would be too noisy
