wifi did not work and no control of room temperature

wifi was very weak and was very difficult connect

i will tell you what i didn t like no wifi,air conditioning for the birds ,no smoking room smoke coming in from other rooms threw poor

no breakfast available. no room service.

wifi and tv are run off a light switch - no one told me

loud kids in hallways

with kids and breakfast included would have been nice

lots of people smoking so might now be good with small kids

gave our kids a spare room to hang out in on saturday night

fridge with no bar, meaning kids had nothing to consume, haha

pool was cold. would be nice to have a small table to eat food on.

the swimming pool was too small but the gym was good

new and in good working condition, beds were super comfortable with different choices of pillows, breakfast had many good choices for being included in price

breakfast was great, lots of options

the only thing that could be better was the pool temperature. it was a bit cold!

they have pool and gym which my son loved to go

we especially loved having the kitchen for drinks and snacks

wifi was very slow to load in our room(4th floor)when surfing the net (+)free parking and wifi internet are excellent (*) free wifi is a plus as well as in room microwave and fridge (+) wifi worked well

bad thing i can say is the pool is small and because of covid19 the hot tub was not

great covid-19 protocols observed. it was a busy weekend but it never felt. a great kitchenette.

something to keep in mind if you are walking around with small kids

we need towels for the pool

microwave had to sign papers just to buy water from downstairs pretty expensive room service would often come in while we were still sleeping and they would even come in while we

construction and entrances are changed. parking lot is inconvenient. dusty.

pool should be warmer both in the area and water

the chef in the kitchen stayed late to prepare delicious meals for us

bed was extremely comfortable, the staff were accommodating, the pool was fantastic

guy behind the front desk was lenient when it came to us getting a late check out

could have some music in the gym

crown plaza has a proper restaurant/ bar, and the breakfast buffet was huge and of great quality

the pool is good, but they have taken out the spa

the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals

apartment itself has a nice layout and it is nice to have two bathrooms and laundry facilities

kitchener was having a cold spell while we were there, and the heat to the building wasn't on yet

was in the prefect location for my event i was attending , very quiet, clean, comfy bed and the breakfast was great everything was fresh and the coffee was great
