floors are old and creak, rooms are darker (except the kitchen) and bathtub is better suited for baths (though it is possible to shower)

the old elevator, the claw foot tub, the fact you get a whole little apartment with a full kitchen containing almost anything you require

bedroom with extra living room and kitchen is just perfect for a family stay

i had a three rooms suite completely furnished with a complete kitchen

free coffee in the kitchen with the cofee pot

stole 180 from my kids for an error that their system

a walking distance from a major shopping center, a dozen of restaurants and ethnic markets, a gym and a wholesale club store

breakfast was excellent

the staff in the kitchen were friendly

wasn’t quite, kids next door were screaming

of room in suites, kids loved it, it was like a full size one bedroom apartment with all the amenities

i was so happy our suite had laundry- very helpful with a 5 month old

location is excellent and very good staff.nice and clean room with bonus kitchenette.

we got a free upgrade, but i think we must have because our room had a separate living room and a kitchen

they were really patient and friendly with my kids at check in

pool only got sunlight early in the morning and the hot tub was out of order

other negatives included dogs barking in the hotel (pets allowed), the pool was cold, often had debris in it and turned my hair green

the outdoor pool was dirty

the gym was clean

rent it the room specifically so we could relax enjoy the whirlpool and pool as we had called previously they told us it was open they were approved however with

staff; nice little spa with sauna and hot tub; clean room; parking close to room; 2 minute drive from wall mart; nice

other useful amenities included a fitness room and guest laundry

105 was noisy due to closeness to laundry rooms

fitness centre is quite good staff are nice

front desk helped with directions to the downtown, and on guest laundry usage

the tile on the kitchenette counter and the bathroom was chipping off

air conditioner in the unit (only 2 windows could open besides the one behind the fridge in the kitchen)

toilet wasn’t working, towels had stains and strands of hair on them, no tea towel in kitchen, lighting in lounge wasn’t great, no aircon

have had air conditioning and kitchen cupboards and counters could have been repainted; pipe wrench was used for tap on kitchen

the room was old fashion and has small kitchen area.

everything else about the stay was awesome, and room service was great too

the pool and hot tub- there is a slide for kids, the gym is good not amazing but clean and quite a few machines, very relaxing

wifi was intermitten.

our only complaint is how slow the wifi is

one airport shuttle running in the evening so we had to stay in the shuttle (with 2 very tired kids) for a while when the shuttle u-turned to pick up more people when we were already halfway

proximity to the tram, casino & airport are convenient

liked the fun colors of the room, the cleanliness, the spa like bathroom, etc

when i called to ask about an early check in, i was sort of brushed off and told to call back in an hour to which i didn't as i

area has quite a lot of homeless people around, and this makes walking in the street with little kids an unpleasant experience

our laundry service took 24hrs to be ready.

i was with my kids on vacation so we wanted to sleep, but any flexibility after 11am was given by the staff
