pool and food in hard rock

it seems like they focus on keeping up with the casino and hard rock cafe customers, more than the guests staying at the hotel

was great, the staff, the breakfast was great, the pool was cold even tho it receives sun all day

only thing that i would appreciated was availability for breakfast included for the price i paid

casino, hard rock cafe, ?rale rooftop restaurant, and nook. also conveniently located.

a few palm trees and garden will help , a place for kids to play will be a must

didn't eat breakfast.

streaming services, there was no clothing steamer (though the cleaning staff did provide a great laundry service for tips), the odor of the chemicals used to unclog the shower saturated the room

i had emailed in advance and was told we could do our laundry at the hotel

they even offered to help us with some last minute laundry

staff were excellent, providing suggestions, helping with parking and laundry

they let us do late check out by 1 hour which was appreciated

clean but gym was not maintained

i was very happy with my stay and the free breakfast each day of my stay

bad location for pool. right in the center of everything. not private.

the pool was a bit cold and no jacuzzi but it was great.

golf course was wonderful at reasonable price

they beach at the golf course was great, but learned about it from another guest

they have so many kids activities plus free treats daily for the kids

gym also well equipped

parking had to be shared by people in the casino, only thing i didn't like, i think they should

food & bar in hotel were expensive and basic

they have lot of towels at the bathroom & at the pool too

the motion activated skeletons outside the casino. as a religious with ptsd, it was unnerving.

hopefully when the pandemic is over the beach and pool area will be very lively

swimming pool is great for kids.

like the pool area the, sport area and the kids play area, the bar too and the life music on

the room is spacious, and the beds are comfortable. the pool is very nice. good location.

have tompools , but not laundry , so what will you do with tje wet clothes after you go in to the poll

that you need to use plastic cups at the pool.

a small thing: the pool has no lights at night (although this may be done on purpose because of the insects)

the pool is excellent as well as the opportunity to have a massage and yoga

they don’t clean the bathroom during room service, they just make the bed and mop the floor
