there was live music in the bar area

the staff and the rooms , parking and the pool was great and comfortable

the outdoor area with the pool was big and the breakfast was delicious

specific person in the breakfast area getting the room numbers was not particularly nice with the people in general

a few palm trees and garden will help , a place for kids to play will be a must

he went above and beyond from local excursion recommendations to laundry and finding a coffeemaker, he is legit made of exemplary service

i had emailed in advance and was told we could do our laundry at the hotel

needs ac in lobby, laundry room and elevator. also needs better parking accommodations

they let us do late check out by 1 hour which was appreciated

parking had to be shared by people in the casino, only thing i didn't like, i think they should

the motion activated skeletons outside the casino. as a religious with ptsd, it was unnerving.

hopefully when the pandemic is over the beach and pool area will be very lively

stood at arecibo inn for 5 days and not once did i receive any room service

no issues with its wifi connectivity

some areas place could be cleaner tiles in pool scraped with nail and grime came out very poor wifi signal in rooms

breakfast was not available on time

good parking, great air conditioning, the mattress and the pillows were great

location next to the beach, lot of restaurants around the hotel, parking available on site, and ac works great

the smell in the parking lot was just horrible
