everything was clean. breakfast was good. a lot of activities for all the family.

the hotel amenities were excellent including the gym, pool and game room

kids shouting, hitting the connecting door, hitting our room door, mother and father shouting,

of the staff, from the receptionists, the restaurant and bar staff, to the gift shop and water sports equipment people were exceptionally courteous,

just thinking about the massages at the ni spa makes me melt into a ball of dough

i also used the spa and the massages

the beers from the bar at not cool, they need to improve that asap

hopefully when the pandemic is over the beach and pool area will be very lively

swimming pool is great for kids.

i did not like about this hotel which it was ok but they have a casino and we have to share the parking lot with the casino people

streaming services, there was no clothing steamer (though the cleaning staff did provide a great laundry service for tips), the odor of the chemicals used to unclog the shower saturated the room

he went above and beyond from local excursion recommendations to laundry and finding a coffeemaker, he is legit made of exemplary service

i had emailed in advance and was told we could do our laundry at the hotel

they let us do late check out by 1 hour which was appreciated

staff were excellent, providing suggestions, helping with parking and laundry

you can find casino, restaurants, food trucks, ponce tours, coffee shops and local artisans to enjoy your

room and breakfast

wifi was weak at the room, we had to open the door to get it

perfect location, casino, cafe, restaurant, parking and all to do just outside

location is the best. great value for a comfortable basic room that includes great breakfast.

really don't have to go out, there's music in the lobby, live music at hr cafe and on the rooftop bar with ,great view at the top also
