hotel in general, the complimentary whiskies were a great touch, and we had cocktails in their bar too which was fab

staff were lovely & really accommodating as we arrived earlier & let us check in then gave us late check out as it was our anniversary they also gave us free drinks & snack vouchers

customer service at reception towards the end of our stay in regard to a complaint we had re: late check out

of laundry in the hallway - our first view of the hotel from the lift

entrance, at first i thought it was some student bar but the hotel is lovely and would highly recommend

we were given a map of bars/restaurants to try out and there was a lively bar downstairs with large courtyard/big screen
