we loved the free shuttle and all the drivers

the outdoor pool was fantastic

robes in the room, to every room having a gorgeous view of the water and boats, and the delicious breakfast that

travelling with kids, had to make up their extra beds and didn't get made with room service either

it really was a 5 star experience. the only thing i wish they had was a laundry facility.

the pull-out sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable for the kids.
