the view of a parking lot was not ideal

the lobby / bar area lights were oh so bright.

the self service breakfast and tea time in the evenings, the kitchenette was amazing

what one pays even if the establishment is sub par but to have terrible service is attrocious - spa was terrible

gym never had clean towels and was dirty on all three occasions we visited it

the bed was wonderfully comfortable. happy to have an overnight retreat without the kids.

could have been less people at the pool area, i believe they were locals with an annual membership using the

staying at the resort, guest should be able to book spa treatment during their stay, not on the day of departure

they did not try to occomodate putting my kids and myself in the same location

due to the pandemic the spa was closed and bar area had limited hours
