we loved the free shuttle and all the drivers

great shuttle to the city center, approx 20 minutes walk

pristine, beautiful and comfortable. great bar and nice staff.

design only surpassed by the excellent front desk, bartender and breakfast server

travelling with kids, had to make up their extra beds and didn't get made with room service either

no laundry at hotel. no microwave in room.

it really was a 5 star experience. the only thing i wish they had was a laundry facility.

although it is a casino , a room for $590 is overkill plus it being on forst floor and no view

new regulations state no access to pool unless staying in villa rooms. this was unclear on site
