on site laundry is super convenient

room was right above the laundry area; difficult to fall asleep. very noisy;

everything was immaculate including the pool area

the staff, the gym,the breakfast and the room were all excellent!

wifi signal was weak

i was unable to connect with wifi

the restaurant and bar was closed.

air conditioner was too noisy. dining room and bar had a musty smell

need to improve wifi connection.

room is very clean, beds are super comfortable, and the gym is fantastic with great equipment

slim on the coffee/no bottled water/laundry bags for a luxury hotel had requested an early check in and late

food was fabulous and the heated pool going outside was a bonus, as was the nighttime fire pit

room, great mountain view :)) the broken coffee pot was replaced immediately by housekeeping, the fireplace wall

location, free upgrade to a studio so its was the first ever room we had with a gaslit fireplace , fantastic

location and facilities . nice common area . bonus was the laundry and communal large fridge.

i just wish families would be booked first level so kids running around wouldnt be heard by second floor

the amenities (gym, pool) were good and they tried to create some lovely spots around the hotel

only complaint was that we requested a room on the first floor so our kids wouldnt make noise above someone else
