slim on the coffee/no bottled water/laundry bags for a luxury hotel had requested an early check in and late

the lobby is beautiful with two fireplaces that we enjoyed with plenty of comfortable places to sit

gym was eh and pool was outdoors

restaurant and room service were our least favorite aspect of the stay

room was right above the laundry area; difficult to fall asleep. very noisy;

exit from the hotel's (wonderful) parking area to the main road is a bit of adventure because of visibility

the pool and jacuzzi were great! the room, view, and breakfast were outstanding!

i asked if they had a laundry area and the young lady at the front desk spoke to me as if i was a vagrant

and although i didn't use it, the laundry facility onsite was a definite peace of mind

my only complaint was a guest leaving their laundry in the washer for a long time

the parking lot was small and pretty far from the entrance.
