slim on the coffee/no bottled water/laundry bags for a luxury hotel had requested an early check in and late

the lobby is beautiful with two fireplaces that we enjoyed with plenty of comfortable places to sit

gym was eh and pool was outdoors

pool was perfect

restaurant and room service were our least favorite aspect of the stay

also there was a laundry bag in the hallway that had a metal stand and my son tripped over it twice

weren t soft at all, the check in wasn t that professional since the information about the wifi passcode

there is a small area in the lobby, but it's not set up nice to just sit and enjoy the fireplace

bathroom too small, pool small and dominated by kids

i loved how our room was situated with big windows and a fireplace

no pool and the parking got crowded at night.

loved that it had a complete kitchen available

was mostly great, but there was someone else s clothes in the laundry basket in the closet, so it was clear

just to freshen up towels without me having to add them to my laundry supply

very nice hotel. friendly staff and great guest laundry with numerous machines.

my only complaint was a guest leaving their laundry in the washer for a long time

and although i didn't use it, the laundry facility onsite was a definite peace of mind

no place to put your wet towel, so even if you would like to save some laundry for the hotel you can't

picked this hotel for laundry service for i was traveling for 7 days

there are no laundry services or breakfast included

we used the laundry, which was nice and clean

room was spacious and having a kitchenette in the room and guest laundry at the hotel was also a nice bonus

i would recommend an onsite laundry option

i changed money for the laundry at front desk it would have been great if they had asked if i needed laundry

room was right above the laundry area; difficult to fall asleep. very noisy;

trouble getting to sleep the second night was my room over the laundry room

it was also great they had coin-operated laundry machines available to wash her sheets for her dorm

wifi connection was fine but quite patchy in my room.

the gym was steps from our room, that was awesome

the gym was so-so. the ayer/tea bar ran out of chamomile/caffeine free tea bags.

the gym was good for our needs

didn't like that the bar and restaurant weren't open on sunday

swimming pool was rather small, and we did not use it at all

wifi is poor in the rooms.

valet parking and the lounge. geoff at the bar introduced us to an awesome wine.

disappointed they don't have on site self service laundry .

their website said they had amenities that they did not have (laundry).

people and only two sets of towels in room, kleenex were empty, no clock in room, no bag to put laundry in, view

loved being able to stay at the room with the balcony to the indoor pool

even the laundry area was large, with a sitting area

we appreciated the laundry facility, too

good cable tv, laundry rmachines and exercise room

laundry room was handy due to our long trip

the workout room is attached to the laundry and is small and hot.

the gourmet breakfast sounded delicous, unfortunately i over slept and woke up way to late to partake
