the staff where all amazing the bar maid from rome was by far the nicest woman i have had the pleasure of

bistro restaurant have amazing food and drinks,gaming room downstairs is fabulous with everything kids need,head

tiny with a rusty bottomed bath with mould around the edges, laundry room underneath so constant sound of

blind in kitchen did not work and too high to pull down which made room too hot and sunny

would of been nice if the spa was open, i understand that it couldn t open because of covid

the hotel itself is beautiful and there is ample parking and it s only a short walk to the stunning harbour

had some trouble with the wifi in the bedroom -couldn't always access it -sometimes when we really needed it

some area needed updating and decorating, the gym was pretty dated and not welcoming

staff were not nice our room wasn t cleaned on sat liking out over bins and laundry staff coming to work

have been nice if the kids were allowed to use the indoor pool, at least for a couple of hours at some point of

and quality all great with the exception of the choice of fruit for breakfast - although there were apples and

poor wifi in our room and 2 comy chairs in the room would have been nice

room service menu was incredibly basic which was a shame when we checked in after 8pm and had small

guess it could be clearer whether there is a reduced cost for the kids breakfast as that might have enticed us

we were going to have a cocktail each to celebrate the birthdays, but they were no bar staff available to make

breakfast was a bit of a faff as you they had limited food out but you could order more at the bar

loud voice bordering on bullying,the breakfast staff are always excellent as are the reception bar

tv signal was hit and miss. wifi drops quite often

wifi was not very good, sky tv would be a nice addition for a room costing 90 per night and a

bathroom flor tiles bath stained cracked sink mouldy shower door fire exit not clear 27 sacks of laundry blocking

laundry in the corridor every day of our stay

room location (216) right opposite the cleaning/ laundry rooms where the staff congregate so noisy

small no room to move, very noisy we could hear the people above us walking around also there was laundry bags

the pool table kept my daughter and i entertained at night. the dinner/breakfast area was great.

interrupted by either the air conditioning going off loudly every 10 minutes, or staff pushing laundry trolleys

i did have a view of the laundry bins from one window but i just looked out of the other window instead

dogs welcome in bar area and i believe a small corner of restaurant

we had a pet cockapoo with us who really enjoyed playing on the grass

pool was not available to use as 3rd party were taking their kids for swimming lessons and so could not use

pet hate - loads of throw pillows on the bed which look lovely but just end up on the floor

hairs now but some carols or christmassy music in the bar would have been nice, just to get into the christmas

the food was outstanding and the pool area was lovely

also with a pet you get charged extra twice

- they sell spa sessions and when we went on the sat and sun it was fairly crowded with some kids playing ball

the young man working the bar was great fun and determined to provide the best bloody mary cocktail he could

the dinner was outstanding bar not enough grouse in the a la carte menu!!

breakfast was lovely and great views to the estuary & we especially enjoyed eating in the pool

very small portions for breakfast and bar food.

were using noisy strimmers, blowers and mowers for about two hrs whilst we were sitting by the pool

wifi was poor throughout the building

very friendly staff in the bar/restaurant in the evening and at breakfast

very clean rooms. they were able to accommodate our extra requests of an early check in time.

i went for a 10k jog down the lanes - route advised by the reception staff followed by a room service whereby

there was free wifi neither of us could get our devices to link to it

plenty of parking, friendly staff and a comfortable room.

wifi was strong enough for online calls as well
