tv signal was hit and miss. wifi drops quite often

wifi was not very good, sky tv would be a nice addition for a room costing 90 per night and a

small no room to move, very noisy we could hear the people above us walking around also there was laundry bags

overpriced for what you get the room is very dated no extra towels or bedding i stayed in a pet friendly room

pet friendly garden rooms felt dated and need modernising, the patios needs attention

shower was in the basement and had to use a service lift to access it (and through the cellar and laundry) staff

no hidden surprises like laundry been done through the night unlike the lincombe hall hotel, was exactly as

was specifically told by the clerk on check-in that the wifi was paid, not free, but no rates were provided

tidy, air con, close to the centre, late check out and option for breakfast was included, 24 hour

breakfast was excellent plenty of choice

was well equipped & we needed for nothing to make our stay comfortable, quiet location, plenty of parking & nice

bar with good selection of wines and local beers in bottles

the hotel itself is beautiful and there is ample parking and it s only a short walk to the stunning harbour

we really appreciated the free on-site parking - enough for all the guests

also included a booklet which laid out previous visitors reviews of the local restaurants/bars - once again

uncomfortable can hear people walking up and down corridor doors being slammed staff moving laundry trolleys

had to ask reception to get a huge bag of dirty laundry from a wedding that had been a trip hazard for two days

staff were not nice our room wasn t cleaned on sat liking out over bins and laundry staff coming to work

our room was also directly off the resident lounge where there was a pool table in a small room situated

the pool area is only open for babies from 8-10am which is the same time as breakfast and there's an

pool was not available to use as 3rd party were taking their kids for swimming lessons and so could not use

pet hate - loads of throw pillows on the bed which look lovely but just end up on the floor

hairs now but some carols or christmassy music in the bar would have been nice, just to get into the christmas

the food was outstanding and the pool area was lovely

also with a pet you get charged extra twice

- they sell spa sessions and when we went on the sat and sun it was fairly crowded with some kids playing ball

i went for a 10k jog down the lanes - route advised by the reception staff followed by a room service whereby

there was free wifi neither of us could get our devices to link to it

plenty of parking, friendly staff and a comfortable room.

wifi was strong enough for online calls as well
