cleaness, not functioning ac and shower, late housekeeping, clothes failed to be sent for laundry

the fire door was blocked by laundry cages, and after this was reported they was still there sunday and monday

unfortunately this door was used for laundry delivery or something, we were woken early and they didn't seem

used room service and was kindly waived the tray charge after having telephone issues

it was lovely and clean and great location karen in the bar was very nice and breakfast was lovely

our room was also directly off the resident lounge where there was a pool table in a small room situated

bar in the evening forms part of the dining area, so you have to go into the lounge area if you

have been nice if the kids were allowed to use the indoor pool, at least for a couple of hours at some point of

no hidden surprises like laundry been done through the night unlike the lincombe hall hotel, was exactly as

facilities we enjoyed included a very large swimming pool,

kitchen did not have a window and hence possibly had strange smell which would not go away

of everything you needed under one venue especially the entertainment and spa/pool/table tennis

kitchen poorly equipped - luckily we brought our own utensils - but was clean
