i did have a view of the laundry bins from one window but i just looked out of the other window instead

no wifi in rooms (available in bar & lounge). decor a bit dated.

side location was challenging for seniors but this was more than adequately delalt with by the shuttle service

and parking is tricky the fist time, but not a problem once you know what is what

have been nice if the kids were allowed to use the indoor pool, at least for a couple of hours at some point of

no hidden surprises like laundry been done through the night unlike the lincombe hall hotel, was exactly as

shower was in the basement and had to use a service lift to access it (and through the cellar and laundry) staff

they also had a well appointed gym which felt very new with towels, water etc

comfortable, able to check in late at night, late check out, easy plentiful breakfast, convenient

kids loved the waffle maker and nutella pump at breakfast

parking and the staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious

boutique hotel, set in an ideal location not far from the harbour and for the record, the breakfast was excellent

able to connect to wifi we tried all combinations with spaces and without spaces, maybe show the password on

& jane were exceptional hosts, the breakfast was really good & the room was immaculate

had to ask reception to get a huge bag of dirty laundry from a wedding that had been a trip hazard for two days
